DemDrones, a Black-owned drone and tech media company based in the UK, recently launched DemJobs, a project-based initiative offering unpaid training opportunities for individuals interested in learning through hands-on experience.

"There's an entire generation of Black and culturally diverse youth with talent and no platform. DemJobs is here to change that. You don't need to come from money. Just bring your focus and drive." – Adonis White, Founder

The focus is on finding young individuals aged 14–16+ who are ready to step into creative and technical spaces. Successful applicants will receive certificates, internal references, and early access to paid freelance roles through DemJobs.

Target Audiences

  • 14–16 year olds – open to interns, trainees, and shadows looking for early experience and skill development.
  • Sixth Form and College Students – ideal for those seeking hands-on CV experience in events, logistics, and digital tech.
  • University Students – roles for those eager to expand their portfolios or gain live industry references.
  • Adults (18+) – for career-switchers or aspiring creatives, support roles and trainee routes are available across admin, logistics, and tech.

Opportunities Available

Opportunities are across London and online. All roles are currently unpaid and fall into three entry-level development categories:
